Data we collect

Your name, email, note content and attachments; aggregated usage data, crash reports and advertising identifiers in the free version.

Notes are stored on your device and in your account when sync is enabled.

How we use data

Data is used for notes, sync, sign-in, subscription verification, advertising, troubleshooting and support.

Microphone and AI

The microphone only records when you press the record button. It does not record in the background.

Messages sent to the AI assistant are processed to respond to your requests and are not used to train models.

Services and sharing

Google handles sign-in and storage, AdMob displays ads, and Google Play handles payments. Each service has its own policies.

We do not sell personal data or share your notes. We only share anonymous statistics or provide information when required by law.

Protection and retention

Data is encrypted in transit; no system can guarantee absolute security.

Data is retained while your account is active. Deleted data is removed within 30 days; crash reports and anonymous usage data are retained for up to 90 days.

Your rights

You can view and export notes and delete your account in Settings → Account → Delete Account. If you cannot access the app, send a request to the email below.

On Android, turn off ad personalization in Settings → Google → Ads.

Age and updates

The app is not intended for children under 13. Contact us to request deletion of a child’s data.

The date at the top of this page identifies the policy version. Continuing to use the app after changes means you accept the updated policy.
